Claudia Johnson was born and raised in Mexico by a loving, stay-at-home mother, Mrs. Consuelo Herrera, and a calm, yet asertive father, Mr. Armando Herrera -- a graduate economist from Universidad de Guadalajara (UDG).
Claudia was born with the gift of healing. She utilizes the powers of Intention, Love and Intuition. Claudia has over 20 years of experience and has come to learn that there is one common denominator among our society. That is that most of men and women in America and most countries suffer from anxiety and or depression which leads them to chronic pain and illnesses. This reality must be addressed and quickly changed one person at a time -- and that is one of
Claudia' s goals.
Claudia recently conducted a study and found that 90% of her clients suffer illnesses and pain caused by emotional inbalances and poor habits. This is a direct reflection of lack of information, the false mentality of "instant gratification" and plain old lack of initiative and self-worth. One of Claudia's purposes and intentions is to work with her clients to acomplish a healthy lifestyle -- one habit at a time -- and to teach and embrace self-confidance, love and compassion, self-worth, and edification in an atmosphere that best enhances her clientele.
All of her teachings, therapies and consultations are personilized in a way that fits each person individually to obtain the most optimal results possible.
What is Wellness?
The quality or state of being healthy in body and mind, especially as the result of deliberate effort. Wellness covers multidimensional characteristics that make a person whole. These are physical, social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, vocational and environmental in nature.

Claudia Herrera, her maiden name, was raised in a traditional family in the states of Puebla, Chiapas and Oxaca. The first years of her life were spent in very traditional Mexican states and a loving enviroment.
At the age of seven, Claudia and her family immigrated to the United States and settled in southern California at the border near the city of Tijuana, where her parents met and her extended family is from. Claudia's backyard and playgrounds were both sides of the border in between San Diego and Tijuana.
